Instead of doing a weekly workout thread, I'm gonna switch to a permanent one.
Let's see how many posts we can accumulate here!

Whatever you do...
from a simple walk,
taking stairs instead of using an elevator,
parking farther in a parking lot than usual...
or even going to the gym,
doing P90X,
Pilates,
Tai Chi,
Just Dance,
zumba,
WHATEVER.
DO it
then
POST it.

as I was posting to Chris in last week's thread, I took a walk yesterday. We are 20 degrees above average this week. Took advantage of the beautiful weather and took a walk around our property yesterday with the dogs (and, at times, the cat). Walked for almost an hour. I hope to find time to do it again today. So much better than the treadmill.
I need to get back on the pilates mat. I was doing pretty well until I fell back out of the habit when my time was consumed with getting ready for Joey's 11th birthday party. 16 boys for a sleep over (although only 7 stayed the whole night). We had guests for well over 24 hours. I am still recovering. I am BEYOND tired!!

WTG Chris on your walks with your Dad and with Jenna! Our unseasonably warm week continues with temps in the low 80's, 20+ degrees above average, so I've been trying to get lots of walks on. My dogs, cat and Dan are loving the walks with me. Now if I could only get my butt back on the pilates mat!
