I have let myself get so out-of-shape. I have so many excuses as to why. Pretty legit excuses. A plethora of excuses that you'd most likely nod your head after hearing and say that you don't blame me for rolling up the pilates mat or packing away my walking shoes.
There's NO EXCUSE; at least, that's what I've decided to scream at myself daily. My life is so crazy and chaotic that at this rate I may never exercise again. So, I've decided to find time for fitness, again. I did it once, I can do it, again!
My plan is to post a weekly a Fitness Folder. If you find time for fitness, post your progress. I'll make a new one each week. Whatever you do, from a simple walk, taking stairs instead of using an elevator, parking farther in a parking lot than usual... or even going to the gym, doing P90X, Pilates, WHATEVER.
DO it then POST it. We can encourage eachother, have some accountablility and do something good for our bodies! And studies show that people have better results if they have support and workout buddies!
