That is a very interesting study but I'm not so sure I believe it. The study would suggest that certain diets can genetically alter the human race. If that were the case and this were true, then certain governments of the world would have their citizens on strict diets to produce a future superior race.

It's definitely an interesting study, but there is still a lot to be determined. There was quite a bit of speculation and inconclusive evidence, but it certainly does give fodder for thought. I'd be interested in seeing more follow-up studies.

I have done a lot of reading on diet and what our ancestors ate and how our diet has changed over the centuries. I actually do believe that diet can genetically alter us. I think this is a part of how PCOS came about. I also believe that they are controlling what we eat. I think that big ag had a lot to do with the food pyramid/plate. I highly recommend the book Good Calories, Bad Calories. by Gary Taubes. It is all the research from the past 150+ and the data we have gathered of our ancestors.

If you are interested, check out that book I mentioned above. It is a good place to start. Laura
