Sounds like an overwhelming task when put that way, doesn't it?! For many of us dealing with peri-menopause and the hormonal upheavals that come with it, it can truly become a stressful time! But, as with anything else we face, it can be coped with!
If you are taking meds to help you with peri-menopause related symptoms, don't forget them in the hustle and bustle of the season! If you are using vitamin B supplements to help, don't forget them either!
But most of all, DO take some time each day 'just for you'! Sit back with a hot cuppa something (coffee, tea, cocoa, buttered rum!!!) and just relax for a few minutes each day. Maybe take it along to the bathroom and sip it as you relax in a nice warm bubble bath just before bed. You know best what eases your tensions ~ so be sure to use whatever that is to help you.
This is supposed to be a 'fun' time of year, but for so many of us the stress can be overwhelming ~~ just try to not let it get the best of you. Ask your family members for help -- you really do NOT have to do it all by yourself.
I send to you all: love and best wishes for a wonderful Christmas......

Bout as ready as I am going to be... don't expect it to be very Merry this year..... Hope everyone else's is!!!
