I 100% agree with the article. That's why I took the time and effort to figure out what my belly fat causing foods are and have adjusted my eating lifestyle accordingly. I'm also starting to walk and bike ride more, two of my fun ways to get fit. Last, due to the lifestyle changes, the fat in my breasts was reduced enough, my last breast checkup the breast ultrasound was cancelled because they were able to get accurate mammogram images.
