Okay so I'm venting a little bit, plus I felt sorry for myself that my period started this morning so I decided to have ice cream topped wiith fresh fruit, chocolate chips and walnuts for breakfast. Now I'm experiencing a sugar crash. It seemed like a good idea at the time, LOL! At least the periods have become much lighter and only last 3-5 days. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, deep cleansing exhale.

I'm feeling MUCH better today.  I looked at the yogurt container, thought "That looks like about half a cup. I think I'll throw in some frozen fruitt, flaxseed oil and let it spend an hour getting acquainted". The fact that I'm on the ball enough to recognize that and follow through is a good sign. Also, I did a weigh and belly measure. Gettiing more exercise and working on getting rid of beef/wheat belly has definitely made a difference. I'm actuallly DOWN an iinch on my belly. Knowing I have a place I can go ARRRGH is a comfort. Thanks!

LOL Gail!!!! BTDT with eating something that 'seemed like a good idea' at the time!!! In fact your breakfast is sounding pretty good to me right now! :smileyembarrassed: I must say, I loved the part of peri when my periods got lighter and shorter.....  Before I got to the end, I had a hysterectomy. Was SOOOOO weird the first few months NOT having that period. BUT it is going on 8 years in October and honestly, I don't miss periods at all now! :smileywink:

Hang in there! You WILL get there. Hopefully sooner than later!!! In the mean time, come vent to us. We get it!!! lol
