IBS and B12 deficiency

Hi all! I was wondering if any of you out there with IBS have had a diagnosis of low vitamine B12? I apparently have low B12 and feel like I have had IBS for some time that I have not gone to see a doctor about. Any insight would be most helpfull. Thank you in adcance!

Hi! I really was not able to find much about this, except that apparently B12 deficiency can cause symptoms similar to IBS.
