What is the best and fastest thing for occasional heartburn. It seems like there are so many products available that I don't even know what to choose from anymore. What do you use?

I prefer Mylanta; it seems to work faster for me.
I usually use Tums. I think it is a matter of personal preference. I am not sure that any of them work best for everyone. Try something and if you like it then it is right for you. I know that isn't a very definitive answer, but I'm not sure I can tell you what would be best for you.
