Ever experienced back pain?

Too much sitting causes me back pain. Can't do too much about avoiding sitting as I work in the office. :(

Figured out I should take a quick walk every couple hours to release stress.

How interesting! I once had an issue with my back and saw on one of our message boards that another member was having similar problems. Her doctor told her to get a stability ball and roll over it a few times a day, and to walk backwards 1/4 mile. She said she thought it strange but she did it and it worked. I tried it and it worked for me too. Within 3 days my back pain was gone and I have not had any since. I roll on my ball a few times a day and include some backwards walking into my daily walking routine.

The second to last page of this "brochure" has a great checklist on how your desk should be set up for proper back health.  Have you inquired about possibly using a standing workstation at the office?
