Cause those miserable thoughts are making me sick and I don't know what to do to make it all go away.

Those thoughts were there the whole day...the last thing I have before I fall asleep and first thing that comes to mind when I woke up.

...its just so frustrating.

I wonder --- is running the right approach? Maybe confronting them - finding the cause and taking steps to eliminate them is the right idea. Just a thought...

Meanwhile, find someone to talk to about them. Don't try to do this alone!

I do understand and find peace from those worries, temporarily, but at least I do have small periods of time. Either when busy, or during a family party, while tending my pets, etc.... things that I find to distract me form my thoughts.   They do seem to find their way back though and usually at night when there is no way to push them out, thus the reason i am an insomniac.  If you are religious I find reciting the Lords prayer to bring me a feeling of peace and security and if repeated over and over while lying in bed i will doze off with those words still in my thoughts. It helps for a peaceful night.  Good luck :)
