It's bad enough to be a smoker but that might be something easy to conceal. Smokers cost employers an additional $1,275 a year, while obese workers cost $1,850 more than normal weight people, this recent study says. Will the rising cost of healthcare and associated costs become a factor in hiring the overweight over the next few years?
