My quit smoking plans are going a little better than I expected but I still find that I have reached for a cigarette when completely stressed. Over the course of the last month I've probably smoked about 6 cigs and while I am not happy with myself over it, I know I could have done way worse. I just need to find an alternative when I get to the end of my rope. Do you have any suggestions?
