You know what I think, that was no coincidence. That rainbow was, I believe, a sign from your mom so please accept her gift with the love it was given.

We all grieve in our own ways and to our own timings. Maybe you are not the type who will have a melt down. Maybe that is something that will happen at a later date. Whatever comes will be as you need it to be for your own healing.

I agree with you on the rainbow being a gift. Ryan loved the fact thatI told him Grandma was visiting. I even had him wave at the rainbow to say hi to her. He loved it.

I'm okay. Ry and I were driving to his soccer game when my brakes failed. I was doing aboiut 20-25 and went under the car infront of me. The airbags did not deploy because my bumper never hit anything head on. I just had bruising on my shoulder from the seatbelt. Ry had no injuries, and was actually fine once he calmed down from being a little scared. Unfortunately, he missed his soccer game. I wanted a new car anyway, but did not think we could afford one...and definitely did NOT want one in this manner. I'm happy with what we got, and am very happy that I got more for my car than I thought I would.

The next thing on the agenda is to make sure my husband has a job next school year. He got pinkslipped and there's basically no chance to rehire. We put in an application for a different district for a DREAM job for him. He REALLY needs to get this one.

I am so happy for you. Hopefully one day we will all be able to think of our loved ones and just smile with the memories.
