I have been reading several articles lately about how we can help reach healing by channeling our grief into various activities.

Hi Promise- I have been doing the same since my Mom died of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma 2 years ago next week. I've been donating time and spare change to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. That being said, I now work there as their payroll person. It's been a rewarding experience to hear the stories of encouragement from those who walk, run, hike etc. for those they lost or those that have beaten their cancer. I am hoping to take all of my mom's craft expertise and making things and donating the proceeds. I hooe you find what you feel is the right way to channel your grief. It is a helpful tool to not only talk about the loss but also to remember how special your loved one you have lost is even if they are no longer here on earth. Bless you for your leadership on this board.
