Hello everyone,

How is everyone feeling about the Holidays fast approaching without their love ones, for me its the first Christmas without my best friend Sue, was thinking of her last night, and our holidays gone by.  I sense its going to be difficult, even though I have family and children around me, it will be difficult,  I miss her so much

HUGS to everyone

Hey Kathy,

I think the holidays can be so hard because they are traditionally times when we are with our friends and families. I just get through it minute by minute some years. I sure don't have the same joy in the holidays that I used to.

I understand, miss mine to...:(...

Living in a new city, and have made many new friends...:)...it's just I really do miss her.

Miss my dd since moving and we have gone through so many changes the last couple of months.

I am looking forward though to Christmas, it's my way of "Honouring" my beloved Mom and we also celebrate my dd's birthday...

I am single but doing really okay...

Find myself watching lots of movies...

or reading or listening to music.

Might go for a walk.

I try to walk a little ways every day.

It helps both my depression and definitely is good for me.

Lorie

Christmas is so different from the Days gone by, I miss the way it used to be to.

I believe we have those Memories to cherish...

I am loooking forward to making some new ones.

While I was out, getting ds and I something to eat he made my bed...I noticed he had tidied up where he sleeps but hadn't realized he had done that for me.

It was so thought-ful and un-expected...

Money has been very tight but we love our new home and are feeling happier and safer here.

It makes my dd feel relieved we are in a good place.

Do something very Special for you this Christmas!

Even if it means staying in bed ALL day with your jammies on eating things you love while watching tv...;)...

Whatever you choose to do I wish you a very Merry Christmas!

He knows that is what makes me happy and how I get throgh the Holidays!

My little bit of Joy!

My Misfit Christmas stuff!

I love them!!!

Hey Lorie,

that was real sweet of your DS to do that for you. It is often those small things that bring the greatest joy.
