Try to cut off tv, computer, other stimuli a few hours before sleep.

Hi Josie,

I was never a good sleeper even before Luke passed away and I still don't sleep well but refuse to take any more medication as I already rattle when I walk with all the stuff I do have to take.

Thanks Promise, I did just take a nap, then realized, enough couch time so got up and got on this. I am telling myself, stay awake now, and then tonight, maybe after therapy you can really sleep OK tonight. Got the veterans place called, and go out there on monday afternoon, another thing on my to do list. Trying, I am trying to do something every day. Miss you honey, a LOT> Josie

Hi Josie,

I can suggest melatonin tablets to help you drift off to sleep.
