I lost my sister almost 6 months ago to breast cancer.

I'm sorry about your sister. I lost my husband in Oct., he was 45 too. I also have 2 great teenagers and between the 3 of us, is the primary support system.
As far as worrying about the people you love, well, there are no guarantees. You can be a great person, give back to the community, make a true difference in society, be hard working, be talented, be responsible, take care of our body yet one day you must give everything up and your spirit will move on to something we don't understand. Bottom line is make today count in some way. May be as simple as a smile or hello.

Get some exercise but try something new, something you haven't done before. Try sky diving, or a bike trip or whatever puts you out of the comfort zone. BC may have taken your sister's life; stop it from taking yours.
I know it isn't easy. I struggle every day to go to work, listen to complaints about essentially nothing and yet smile and encourage. Heck, i left work early. I still make a difference and so do you.
