I am currently a 29ddd and have been approved for surgery by my insurance and have found a surgeon whom I really like. I am 30 and my husband and I are considering children in the next 2-5 years. Should I want until after children to have the surgery? I am currently having fairly severe back/neck/shoulder pain.

Welcome to the boards!!
You certainly a great candidate for the surgery and you are already over the biggest hurdle - getting approved, YAY!
I would think the one thing you would want to consider about having the surgery now, as opposed to after having children is breast feeding. My neice had the surgery when she was 17 and years later was able to breast feed. I am sure alot of this depends on the type of surgery that is performed on your nipples, etc. If this is not a great concern to you, then do it now!!! YOu will have all these wonderful years to appreciate them before the kiddies come. And having surgery when your children are little is tough in the sense, you won't be able to pick them up, play with them as much, tend to them like you would like to for the really the first month or so. You will be fully recovered in a few months after surgery. That severe back/neck/shoulder pain will be gone almost instantly after surgery. The longer you suffer from these, the more chances of permanent affects from them.
I say, do it now! If you can schedule it in the next couple months, you will be fully recovered by summer to be able to enjoy bathing suits and tank tops and well, just life!!!
Stay in touch and best of luck on your journey of becoming the new and 'free-er' you!!
