Hey Jackie! Glad to hear you are doing so well. Before you know it you will be in those sexy bras and never want to wear another plain white one again!!!

Keep on the good road of healing and stay in touch!!

Hey, im am wearing the recommended Playtex double support bra. I did buy a fun wire free bra but that irritated underneath on me so then I tried a sport bra but that did the same thing. i didnt try the tshirt thing. so i am sticking with the Playtex bra for now. I bought a Playtex bra at Bealls for 3 bux. when I told my hubby he almost fell over. LOL...he was used to me spending like 15-20 bux on one bra. I think he's happy I did this! Haha!!

Just wondering if you are buying too small a size if they are still irritating. My PS had me buy a bigger number size, but smaller cup size and it felt good. It didn't seem to rub as much. Maybe you could try that til you heal more.

Nice to hear hubby is so on board with your surgery!! It is so nice to be able to buy bras on the sales racks and all and just pick the number 38C and universally they fit!! Before it was always a crap shoot with what style would somewhat cover those huge beasts!!!
I do admit though that I am addicted to Victorias Secret Cotton bras. Pretty colors, comfy and they were on sale. Still pricey though, but my hubby doesn't seem to mind now ;)

I was thinking the same thing Nancy, however the next size up is WAY to big around and it the cup.......turning the bras inside out has helped a bit too with the irritations since the seems are now on the outside.

Good luck, hope that helps!! I know it isn't fun to have that irritation. I also used non stick gauze under my bra at the bottom.... before I did the t shirt thing. Never thought about turning the bras inside out! Might be a good tip for someone else - thanks!!
