I had my BR in October, I so happy that I finally had the surgery, but I really think I waited to long before I had the surgery.

So sorry to hear about your back. Hubby and I have a friend with bulging disks and he has to be very careful with exercise but he still manages (and looks great). As far as your waist-Could it be the you're just more aware of your middle now that your chest is smaller?

I really am glad you are happy you had the surgery and you are enjoying all the benefits of the new girls. Sorry to hear about your back. I guess you will never know if you had the surgery earlier in your life, how it would be. Hopefully you can find some relief sometime from this problem.
As for the belly, I think it is just more noticeable now, as it is not in the shade anymore. So many of us who have had the BR say the same thing...UGH, where did this belly come from. I know for me, I am 53, and losing the belly is hard. Also having stress in your life, produces cortisol, which is a big harbinger of belly fat. If you are stressing on your back and the pain, I am sure your body is producing plenty of cortisol. We own our own business, so believe me, I am sure I have high cortisol levels.
I try to just be happy with my new girls, my cute bras and tops and say, whatever to the stupid belly rolls.
Let us know as you go, how the back goes for you. I will pray you can get some relief. And don't feel bad complaining on here. We are here for just that reason!!!
