According to iVillage Health, the U.S. Department of Education is looking into how sexual assaults are handled at UNC Chapel Hill. I think the administration definitely has some issues. The girl didn't do anything other than report a crime. I could understand if she was passing around posters with the guys face and name on it but from it said she didn't even name him publicly.
