I think the administration definitely has some issues.  The girl didn't do anything other than report a crime.  I could understand if she was passing around posters with the guys face and name on it but from it said she didn't even name him publicly.

I agree with you Zoe. I applaud  this woman's strength and hope the authorities get things straightened out.
