Has a restaurant server or sales person every been too "touchy-feely" with you? Yes (please feel free to share your experience). Not with me, but with someone in my party (please feel free to share). No, but I've seen it happen to other people. No, and I've never seen anyone behave that way. Other (please share).

I wrote one thing than realized my question had been explained but I can't delete the post so I've edited it.

That would be so odd.

I haven't personally had this happen to me but have seen it.

Maybe they thought he was just being "friendly". Either way, I wouldn't have been comfortable at all with it.

It was just weird and we also noticed we weren't the only ones. You'd have thought a manager would have noticed and said something but apparently that kind of behavior must have been okay with them.

Eww, Karla, this would creep me out too. Not so much the sitting down at the table part but the rubbing of backs and arms. Ick.

That's pretty much what I just told Karen too... it depends on a lot of factors, I think. And, if you know the person, you might be more o.k. with it than if it was a complete stranger.

LOL!

Karen, I think it's all a matter of what you're comfortable with. If this girl were a stranger, you might feel differently should she do the same thing to your son. ;)

lol While on vacation with the family last year we stopped at a restuarant for dinner and the waiter comes and sits down with us. He proceeds to tell us all about his day and then takes our drink order. Each time he came to the table he rubbed someone's back or arms and he continually pulled up a chair when he could. It was really not pleasant and actually creeped us out.
