Hey Heidi,

I am about when I can get online. We are having connection problems here at the moment so I lose my internet at the weirdest moments.

Hi Hiedi ans Promise,

I've been having problems loging in and such. Wanted to connect to w/ you more privately but can get to PM. My daughter tried to OD yesterday. Just dealing w/ that. The support out here just isn't really supportive.

Maya,

I did get your private message and I replied.

I am sorry to hear about your daughter.  You can share on the board if you would like.  Or you can use private message.

Sending you and her hugs

Hi,

Thanks. I really don't know what to say anymore. No one has answers, or direction for me. I ask and ask, I know there is no cure for all her stuff. But some reasonable way of living, of caring for her, a suggestion as to what I should do next. She's getting worse, the depression won't break, the anxiety keeps her from trying to get out and go to school. this all cycles and cycles and then she doesn't want to keep fighting day to day and would rather just not be alive.

she did change her mind afterward and called me and then I called 911. But what about next time? I feel like everyone is comfortable w/ the gamble. There has to be something else that works, instead of just doing the same things that aren't. We have tried alot of things but  she's still miserable.

I guess i just need to let it out, because I can't stand the doctors, theripists, etc. answering me w/ "WE've tried everything; it's hard; no ones knows what will work". Well no one a should have to live like this either, and it's heart breaking to be apart of.

Thanks for being out there.

Maya,

I would be frustrated too if doctors told me that they tried everything.  There has to be something more out there.  I know there are some new therapies, like TMS therapy.  Have you ever heard of it?  Here is a website with more information:

I do not know much about it, just thought I would share with you.

Hey,

I am real sorry you are going through this for your poor DD. Someone , somewhere ought to be able to help. It sounds like the "experts" are passing the buck here. I hope you can find help.

checking in and doing very well. still recovering from my total hysterectomy. Good news is everything was benign but if we would have waited another 10 yrs I would have had full blown cancer, so it is a real good thing my dr got on top of this and got iy done.

Hey Mary,

that sure is good news and it is just great that you are doing so well. Kudos to your doctor for being on top of things. I hope you continue to recover well from your hysterectomy.
