Hi Kathy,
I haven't seen any sugar-free "flavored" Greek yogurts. Those all have sugar added. My favorite brand is Chobani and I just flavor it up myself. Any 0% fat Greek yogurt is fine.

Last night I noticed that Shop Rite has finally come out with their own brand; I picked some up but haven't tried them yet. They are definitely cheaper than the other brands. I also flavor my own. My favorite is agave nectar and almonds, but it ends up being quite high in calories, even though it's legal. My next favorite is sugar-free jam.

Yes, the sugars on the label are from the lactose present in dairy. It's the ingredient list that determines the addition of sugar in yogurt. Enjoy your yogurt!

Haha - thanks for the tip! I have learned to appreciate tabasco sauce after years and years of forgetting to ask for salsa for my veggie omelet and then feeling like I was putting somebody out for having them go back for it. You can always count on having at least tabasco or tapatillo on the table at a breakfast restaurant. :smileyhappy:

I just got back from Turkey and they dollop Greek yogurt on Everything. They mix it with a little bit of chopped garlic and just a bit of chopped parsley and it makes a wonderful dressing for grilled eggplant or other vegetables as well as grilled meats.

I've been gone from the board for quite some time, but this post caught my attention.

I had been using Chobani, but recently switched to Kroger.  I like both the consistency and the flavor better.

As for what to put in plain yogurt, my standard add-ins are natural peanut butter and some frozen fruit.  If I'm low on carbs for the day, sometimes I put Fiber One cereal at the bottom of the bowl.
