Well, sort of.  I am following SB, but also trying to juice twice a day as well.  I find that, although I don't get the fibre from eating the kale, I can eat it more this way than trying to cook.  I'm aiming for a plant-based diet, but if I slip, I am not concerned about eating meat, but want to try and limit to organic if I can.  Lost 5 pounds in a week so far, but not really doing it to lose weight.  Just trying to not eat processed sugar, food, or artificial sweetener.

Hi Anne,

congrats on the 5 pounds. I did some juicing this past summer and really liked it. Good luck on your new endeavor.
