I have finally read most of SBD Supercharged. I'm up to the food section and figure that I can read the Phase 2 & 3 information during the next couple of weeks. However I do have a few questions that have arisen as a result of reading the book.
* What are the fat levels in non-fat and low-fat yogurt? We rarely label things as non-fat here. We have 99 % fat-free yogurt (but it is sweetened with sugar) and 99.9% fat-free yogurt (which is artificially sweetened).
* The only low in fat natural/plain yogurt
