Questions in preparation to begin

I have finally read most of SBD Supercharged. I'm up to the food section and figure that I can read the Phase 2 & 3 information during the next couple of weeks. However I do have a few questions that have arisen as a result of reading the book.

* What are the fat levels in non-fat and low-fat yogurt? We rarely label things as non-fat here. We have 99 % fat-free yogurt (but it is sweetened with sugar) and 99.9% fat-free yogurt (which is artificially sweetened).
* The only low in fat natural/plain yogurt

Thanks Joy, that makes sense to me that the fruit could cause cravings. I'll take a look at the yogurts available when I do my shop tomorrow - I definitely knew that yogurts would still show the lactose as a sugar, it was simply from looking at the fronts of the packaging (and not checking ingredient lists) that I was aware that the low-fat natural yoghurts were sweetened, and knowing which line they were in means that I know that they've been sweetened with sugar. I guess if it comes down to it, a good option would be the 99.9% fat free vanilla bean since it would work around the prescence of fruit.
