Sugar question...a little OT

Hi ladies! Sorry for this question being a little off-topic...but I thought you might have some great input to share.
With this Dr. Oz/arsenic in apple juice controversy, there was a discussion that has popped up with my mommy friends. We started talking about fruit juices. Personally...I don't drink my sugar unless there is alcohol in it...but I let my kids drink Capri Sun on the weekends as a treat.
I have been buying the 25% less sugar Capri Sun, but it has HFCS in it. It has 17g of sugar a serving. The "natural" Capri Sun that's 100% fruit juice and no HFCS has 20g of sugar.
In your opinion, which is healthier?
I'm a bit torn in the "HFCS is evil" vs. "sugar is sugar" argument. It sounds like the jury is still out on that?
I know that whole fruit is way better than juice. My kids eat a lot of fresh fruit. Like I said...I only let them have juice on the weekend as a treat.
I'm interested to hear your thoughts about which is the lesser of two evils, since everyone here is highly engaged in reducing their carb/sugar intake and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for putting up with my OT question!
On-topic...I really need to get back on P2. I've been on P3 for a year now and I can feel the weight creeping back on. So I will be seeing you all around a lot more, soon! ;)
