 I have used the south beach diet with this board as support for years. There were times I got away from south beach but I always came back for recipe ideas and for motvation. Now nothing is moving on this board. It took me 3 days to log in just to type this message.  I really need motvation right now but how can I get support if no one is here?Cry

I am the CL for Heart Health and finally I was able to sign in...Yeah!!!!

Don't give up hon things have been a bit chaotic with ALL the changes here but I am sure someone will get back to you...

In the meantime...Welcome Back!!!

IVillage has been in a technical mess for a few months.  Many of us have been unable to log in and respond.  Sorry for any inconvenience but we keep being told that they're working on it.  Hang in there.

Hi everyone! I echo the login frustrations. It's all I can do to keep up with my mommy board that I am the CL for. I tried SB in January 2012 and January 2013 and didn't get anywhere with it. I probably needed to go back to Phase I...but was not willing to give up wine! LOL I also already ate pretty healthy...so I wasn't changing my habits that much. I had previously found SB to be very successful, but I was in my 30s then. I started Crossfit the end of June and didn't plan to change my diet too much, but realized my workouts are a lot harder because of all the extra weight I'm carrying. (I gained 25 lbs last year after I stopped nursing my son!) So I started Paleo on Monday because my husband was also doing it. I'll probably stick with it for two weeks then transition over to something closer to South Beach. I didn't realize how difficult it was going to be to give up cheese!!!
