Hello Everyone! I hope the Holidays were Merry and Bright for all!
I'm ready to get rid of holiday weight and much more, given that the last few weeks have been a free for all - for me, anyway! (Bad girl)!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/1 Tablespoon of natural PB; sliced banana (this was huge - counting as 2 fruits), glass of skim milk
Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L
Lunch: homemade soup w/ chickpeas, turkey sausage and kale (w/ FF chicken stock); salad w/ 1 T balsamic vinaigrette
Snack: an orange
Dinner: Meatless Wednesday (since Monday was New Year's Eve and not so meatless): Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie (used lentils and sauteed mushrooms as "meat", thickened veg stock w/ cornstarch to make "gravy", peas and carrots, mashed white sweet potato; caesar salad - no croutons, legal dressing; glass of skim milk
Exercise begins again tomorrow - just focusing on clean eating and being good to myself today!
