I think I posted in my Oct journal yesterday, but don't have time to pop over and paste it in here right now, so we'll start November here.

Breakfast: slice of crockpot fritatta w/ broccolli, onions, tomatoes and turkey sausage; a banana; glass of skim milk

Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Homemade bean and ham soup; salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: sliced apple

Dinner: Leftover homemade bolognese sauce w/ ww linguine (from the weekend); caesar salad - no croutons; glass of skim milk

Exercise: Fast-paced walk

I don't have much time to spend here each day, so when it takes me a long time to log in or post, I get testy. :) Breakfast - 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/ a heaping tablespoon of npb and sliced banana; glass of skim milk Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L Lunch: Homemade turkey soup (white meat); caesar salad w/ yogurt-based dressing (no croutons) Snack: an orange Dinner: Homemade shepherd's pie (93% ground beef, peas and carrots w/ corn-starch thickened beef broth as gravy, topped w/ mashed white sweet potatoes); mixed greens w/ EVOO and vinegar; glass of skim milk

Hi Amy, I'm frustrated too with the lack of progress fixing the board. Thanks for your patience. I just hope things get back to normal soon.

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! Smile

I'm not sure what is going on with this board, but it's been close to impossible to either get into this board, or to actually comment without being told I'm not authorized to do so - even after I've logged in multiple times.  Frustrating!

Breakfast: SB mini-quiche w/ baby kale, onion and turkey sausage; banana; slice of ww toast w/ SB lite; glass of skim milk

Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Mixed greens w/ diced turkey breast, sliced green apple, red onion, and about 1 tsp sunflower seeds w/ a homemade grainy mustard vinaigrette

Snack: an orange

Dinner: Lemon-rosemary turkey meatballs (as if we haven't had enough turkey lately!); mashed white sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli; glass of skim milk

Between getting Server error messages (last week sometime) and work kicking my butt, I haven't been here as regularly lately -- and as a result, have not been as accountable for eating and exercise. Boo!  And I'm sure this week won't be much better with the Holiday and all the mayhem surrounding it.

We're hosting Thanksgiving for some friends from North Carolina.  They'll be arriving Weds PM and staying through the weekend.  I took Weds off to prepare! :D

Breakfast: SB mini quiche w/ baby kale (bought a huge tub of this and love it!) and turkey sausage; glass of skim milk; banana

Cup of decaf w FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Homemade bean & ham soup w/ spinach; side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: an orange

Dinner: Meatless Monday - Portobellas stuffed with baby kale, celery, zuchinni, mushrooms, peppers and ww orzo in tomato sauce, topped w/ RF mozz; caesar salad (no croutons); glass of skim milk

Thanksgiving is a week from tomorrow? How did that happen? I can't catch up!

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/ sliced banana and 1 heaping tablespoon of npb; glass of skim milk

cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Chicken Curry Chili (just posted this in the Recipes folder); side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: sliced apple

Dinner: Orange chicken in the slow-cooker, steamed broccoli, brown rice; glass of skim milk Dessert: The last 1/2 cup of mom's applesauce (SF)

Exercise: Sigh. Nothing again today. I'm promising myself to get back on track with regular workouts tomorrow. I saw some photos of myself from this past weekend, and it was a big wakeup call - emphasis on the BIG.

Last week was a blur, it seems.  We left on Friday for my mom's (up near Lake Placid, NY), for her retirement bash after 47 years of government service.  But beforehand, we were putting together a slideshow for the party, a playlist for the cocktail hour, and the usual work-packing-house mayhem.  We got back last night, so I'm trying to get back into a routine.  Bear with me ; )

Lunch: Chicken Curry Chili (this is fantastic - will post the recipe when I get a chance); side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: baby carrots w/ a squirt of RF ranch

Dinner: Pork tenderloin w/ homemade applesauce (made by my mom - she used the whole apple, and sweetened w/ Splenda), sweet potato, broccoli? (I'm forgetting what I have on hand for veggies in the freezer since i'm not shopping until Friday); glass of skim milk
