I'm assuming it has something to do with the updates to the board, but I can't access my existing journal, so I'm continuing it here.  I can access others' journals, just not my own - strange!

Breakfast: SB mini-quiche w/ spinach, scallions, and a little turkey bacon (2 slices used for 6 quiche muffins); slice of ww toast w/ SB lite; sliced pear, glass of skim milk

Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Homemade turkey chili; mixed greens w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: Sliced apple

Dinner: Homemade beef stew (using top round stew beef, lots of veggies, and some green peas and sweet potato); shaved vegetable salad w/ herbs, w/ EVOO and vinegar

Exercise: Cardio Dance and Rhythmic Groove - Fit TV

Brrrr! 

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/ sliced banana and a heaping tablespoon of npb; glass of skim milk

cup of decaf w/ FF HH And S&L

Lunch: Leftover mushroom-spinach farro risotto; side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: sliced apple

Dinner: Baked bay scallops w/ white wine and topped with 2 tablespoons of ww breadcrumbs; steamed brocolli; glass of skim milk

Exercise: Rest day

I've been trying to cut back on my wine consumption - for the sole purpose of getting the scale to move - but ended up having 2 glasses with DH last night...   I've been too chicken to even get on the scale in a few weeks, so I don't even know what I'm doing. LOL!

Dinner: Leftover homemade beef stew; salad of shaved celery, radishes, celery leaves, flat-leaf parsley and apple w/ a homemade grainy mustard vinaigrette (just threw this salad/dressing together the other night, and it was SO good, so I'm making it again!)  Glass of skim milk

Exercise: Total Body Cardio, and Intermediate Lower Body Blast - both FitTV

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/cinnamon, sliced banana and a squirt of SF syrup; glass of skim milk

Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: The last of the beef stew; side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: sliced apple

2nd snack (dinner will be later): baby carrots w/ a squirt of RF ranch

Dinner: SB baked chicken tenders; homemade broccoli slaw.  Red wine.

Exercise: Upper Body Combo w/ 3 & 5-lb hand weights

Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Homemade Autumn minestrone; side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: sliced apple

Meatless Monday Dinner: Baked Eggplant Parm w/ homemade bolognese (subbed lots of mushrooms for meat); raddicchio-endive salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette (homemade)

Exercise: Fast 20-30 min walk at lunchtime

I'm so sorry about your journal. Your other one is working now. They implemented a fix for the error messages last night. Some accounts are still showing as visitor and that is being worked on as well.

cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L

Lunch: Homemade bean and ham soup w/ kale; side salad w/ EVOO and vinegar

Snack: Sliced apple

Dinner: Crockpot Panama Pork Stew (http://crockingirls.com/recipes/panama-pork-stew/ - used pork tenderloin and sub diced yellow pepper for corn. Black beans would be yummy too); Fennel and orange salad; glass of skim milk

Exercise: Cardio Kick-box - FitTV

Exercise: Nada - overslept this morning and won't be home until late tonight...
