Soooo.... what I'm doing (or not doing) is not working anymore. Especially now that Lucas is weaned. I've put back a lot of weight in the past couple of months and am mad at myself for it. I found a great Groupon for a local fitness studio that offers free babysitting (well, "free" with your paid membership fee), so I'm going to try it out. My goal this month is to get active (whether it's fitness classes or just a long walk). And I need to stop making bread and homemade baked goods. Just because it's 100% whole wheat does not give me carte blanche to eat however much I want. Time to move forward.
