Ok, I've never had any real issues w/ this new board format until now. It took me several attempts (3 or 4?) to log in, and then even though I checked the "keep me logged in" box, it did not keep me logged in.

The cat came into our room at 5am, meowing like crazy. I didn't want her to wake up Lucas, so I petted her until she calmed down. I should have gotten up to wash my hands (my eyes get red and puffy if I rub them after touching the cat) but was too tired/lazy, so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Woke up at 6am with burning pain in my left eye. Figured it was just my usual allergic reaction from rubbing my eyes in my sleep.  Felt eye puffiness, but with unusual pain/pressure. Turns out I had acute allergic conjunctivitis. Huge soft blisters on my frikin' eyeball. Yes, ON THE EYEBALL. It was gross. Couldn't make my Step class this morning b/c of it. Much better now at 8pm; no more blisters or swelling, just a little soreness when I blink. No more petting the cat at night.
