annnndddd we're back.

Breakfast- Mock french toast, 1.5 TB pb, coffee w/ skim

Snack- apple and a cucumber w/ hot sauce

Dinner- 1 piece ezekiel bread with TB guacamole, blackened salmon, cup of steamed broccoli

Snack- cup of vanilla yogurt, 3 oz. blackberries, 1 oz. dark chocolate

Exercise- zumba & yoga

Breakfast: Mock french toast, coffee w/ skim, 2 tb PB Snack: apple & a cucumber Lunch: blackened catfish, steamed broccoli, 1 piece of ezekiel bread Snack: medium soy latte Dinner: restaurant sweet potato fries & half of a turkey wrap. Dessert: 1 oz dark chocolate Exercise: Total body conditioning class

Ugh.  So glad the holidays are over!

Breakfast- mock french toast, 2 TB peanut butter, coffee w/ skim

Lunch- cup of trader joes Low Sodium tomato soup, a garden veggie burger

Snack- 3 cups of chopped cucumber and hummus

Dinner- salmon burger on a whole wheat bun.  sauteed onions, salsa, and 1/4 cup part skim mozz.  cup of steamed broccoli

Dessert- 6 ounces nf yoplait yogurt, .5 ounce dark chocolate

Brunch- omlette with feta, peppers and tomato, 1 piece of whole wheat toast, coffee w/ skim, packet of butter, 1/2 cup of home fries.

Snack- medium skim latte & a cup of tomato soup

Dinner- 6 oz salmon, whole grain bun, sauteed onions.  Side of chickpeas.

Dessert- yoplait yogurt, TB of peanut butter

Breakfast- Mock french toast, coffee w/ skim, 2 TB PB

Snack- banana & jolly green giant creamed spinach (very low cal despite sodium! had nothing else in the house)

Dinner- Thai Basil with chicken, brown rice.  Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp

Dessert- 1.5 oz dark chocolate, 'Candy Cane Green Tea' from Trader Joes

Breakfast- Mock french toast, 2 TB peanut butter, coffee w/ skim

Snack- banana

Lunch- Trader Joes Southwest Salad- greens, raddichio, black beans, corn, dressing.  240 cals.

Dinner- turkey burger on whole grain bun w/ sauteed onions, mustard.  Cup of baby carrots 1 TB hummus

Dessert- 1 oz. dark chocolate & cup of vanilla non fat yogurt
