Time to push myself. I slacked off in October but managed to maintain the entire month.

We had some flooding in our house on Thursday and had to pull out the drywall on two of Emma's walls and get rid of her carpet. Mike is rewiring her room since the walls are down so the house is a disaster and we are living in chaos. All of Emma's furniture is in Michael's room and the living room. Can't wait to put the house back together.

I'm working this morning and then we are taking the kids Trick or Treating tonight so I doubt I'll be able to fit in a workout today.

Took the kids trick or treating last night and only had one piece of their candy. I made Mike take most of it to work today so I'm not tempted by it.

I keep saying this but I really need to find time to exercise or the scale isn't going to move. My goal for the weekend is to keep my eating on track and go to the gym at least once. Mike has been busy putting up drywall in Emma's room so he hasn't been able to watch the kids at night so I can workout.

Eating on Saturday wasn't very good so I'm skipping the scale today and probably holding off until next Monday. I'm just going to focus on my eating and not let the scale determine my mood for the day. Watching kids today and then taking Emma to PSR tonight. She doesn't get out till 8:15 and then I plan on going to the gym after I drop her off at home.

I am way off track. My dad had two mini strokes and ended up having emergency surgery to get the blood flow restored to his eyes. Between my home daycare and taking care of him I'm exhausted. Things seem to be getting back to normal but my eating has been horrible and I'm pretty sure I've undone my last two months of progress. I worked 14 hours yesterday and am working 12 today so my plan is to catch up on sleep tonight and start working out tomorrow.
