Back after 5+ years!!

I had such great success on the SBD -- but having two children, back to back, kind of turned my world upside down! Now that the kids are in school full days, I finally feel that I can devote myself to the SBD, again!! I've dusted my book off, and will be heading off to the store tonight to stock up.
Are there any changes I need to know about in the last 5 years? Please point me in the right direction!

Is no one doing the SBD anymore?
Welcome back. The board has slowed down quite a bit over the past year or so, and even more so since IV made some changes last week. Hopefully it will pick back up once ppl get used to the new-ish format.

It's so good to see you again. I'm still around. The board has been a bit frustrating this week since iVillage is changing some of the fomatting but hopefully posting will pick up again soon.
There haven't been any changes to the diet in the last few years. Good luck and keep us posted on how you're progressing.
The boards are changing because they decided to stop using an outside server. They are bringing it all in-house and it's going to take time to work out all the kinks.
