Day 11 - No Weight Loss?!?!

Hi - I'm new to this board, but wanted to share my frustration and see if there's anyone else who's experienced this or can give their feedback... It helps to say that I have a 7 month old twins and I'm below my pre-preg. weight, 114 lbs (I'm petite 5 1), and I'm about 10 lbs away from my goal weight. I started Phase I on 1/4, and following it religiously, but I only lost .8 lb so far and I'm on day 11. What's going on? I'm not too big on carbs/sweets, however, I love to eat fruits and have my cereal in the morning and I stopped all of that since I started with Phase I.

I'm not BF and I work full time... here's a quick journal...
breakfast: egg muffins + Coffee (and half and half)
Snack: 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 persian cucumber, about 1/2 ounce light feta cheese
lunch: Salad with grilled chicken - Romain lettuce, garbanzo beans, red kidney beans, celery. Olive oil and vineagre dressing
Snack: roasted, unsalted almonds about 15
Dinner: Grilled Beef, chicken kabobs, or rotisserie chicken breast with hummus or baba ghannouj and salad.
1 ltr of water per day

Beta #1, 10/9, 11dp3dt: 186, Beta #2, 10/13, 15dp3dt: 1344, u/s, 5w6d: 10/22

I don't see any dairy; two servings are included daily.

Just wanted to pop in and say "Welcome".
Are you exercising? When you want to get off those last 10 pounds exercise can be really helpful in revving up your metabolism.
