Day 5 on phase 1 - no results!

I've been following the SBD guidelines religioulsy, but thus far have lost no weight. This really discourages me! I've done Phase one once before 3 years ago and successfully lost unwanted weight, but now there's a stall I cannot get over! Due to circumstances (I'm travelling) I cannot add exercise to my routine, but even so, I should have been losing at least a pound?!??! Please check my journal and let me know how it looks - 10-lbs challenge! Thanks!

There is no gym and if it had one I'd have to find a babysitter for my 2 kids. Thus far, I've been walking with them about 5 miles per day and that's about all the exercise I get.

If you are walking 5 miles a day, that's definitely exercise!
