I started phase 1 last Monday and have been doing great, but next week is going to be a challenge.

When I was in school I had a similar situation in that I would have to eat in between classes and not necessarily at traditional "breakfast" or "lunch" times.

I keep snacks in a fridge near my desk, which is great for veggie strips, V8, and other things that need to be kept cold.

How about a thermos of soup or chili at break time. That could get you through until 8 p.m.
Keep lots of legal snacks handy. Pre-portioned nuts were always my lifesaver.

Greek yogurt is very high in protein and a great choice.
