Husband and I starting phase 1 tomorrow

I know somewhere there was a post with a bunch of links that had food lists, etc. the only post I can find doens't have any links in it. I'm assuming they were lost when the board changes took place?
Anyway, can I get another list of foods for phase 1, 2, 3 or any other pointers you have? I know we have the book....somewhere! :) But I know my husband will do better if I can just hand him some bullet points!

Welcome! You're correct. With all of the board changes it seems like all of our information got erased and all those posts with helpful links gone. I did post the food list for phase 1 just a few weeks ago and you can find it in this phase 1 folder. I'll try again to retrieve any other info.
