Hi everyone, I am going to start the South Beach diet tomorrow, I am 30 soon and I want to loose about a stone before my party and big vacation I have planned to celebrate. I have never done the diet before, I bought the book a couple of days ago, could someone read through what I have planned to eat tomorrow as I am still a little unsure, thank you
Scrambled egg with turkey rashers, spinach and mushrooms and a little low fat cheese
Low fat laughing cow triange with cherry tomatoes
Tuna in spring water with mixed salad and some olive oil salad dressing
Taco salad with minced beef
Does this sound ok?
