My first day starts tomorrow, help!

Hi everyone, I am going to start the South Beach diet tomorrow, I am 30 soon and I want to loose about a stone before my party and big vacation I have planned to celebrate. I have never done the diet before, I bought the book a couple of days ago, could someone read through what I have planned to eat tomorrow as I am still a little unsure, thank you

 

Breakfast

Scrambled egg with turkey rashers, spinach and mushrooms and a little low fat cheese

Snack

Low fat laughing cow triange with cherry tomatoes

Lunch

Tuna in spring water with mixed salad and some olive oil salad dressing

Snack

15 Olives

Dinner

Taco salad with minced beef 

 

Does this sound ok?

Welcome! This sounds great...but what are rashers? You might get hungry; keep some veggies on hand, ready to eat. Maybe some cucumber slices or pepper strips. 15 olives might not hold you over. Make sure your beef is of a lower fat variety.
