is the sea weed snack by Trader Joes legal for phase 1?it has seaweed, sesame oil, sea salt and expeller pressed canola oil.

I think technically it might be legal...seaweed itself is a legal "sea vegetable". All of the oil might make it a high calorie snack option, though.
