Hi all, new here :)
I started Phase 1 on Saturday. I did this a few years back with great results and then "fell off the wagon". For me it was my nightly glass (or two) of wine accompanied by some crackers and cheese, then some sweets... ugh, got out of control!
Since I've already done phase 1 once, I was thinking I'd just do one week and then start adding back in carbs. Does that sound ok to those of you that know more about the plan than me? I figured one week would at least help those cravings go away. And I think I'll stay away from bread in the evenings, that's when I tend to over-do it.
Looking forward to finding some great recipes and inspiration on this board! From what I've seen lurking you all seem great!
