dyk Dek's girlfriend from the health food store said that soy is an anti-nutrition and for some, it can rob you of the nutrients you need and that would be bad for me -- I'm already not getting enough nutrients!!!

dyk I can actually tolerate small amounts of gluten - if I eat something I didn't realize had it in it or anything -- a couple times int he last month that has happened with NO side effects

dyk no wheat and no soy today either

dyk some dairy -- in the eggs and cheese that were in the gluten and soy free casserole my friend made (using hash browns) and my stomach rumbled just a little

dyk but nothing uncomfortable at all - not like last night

dyk so that may have been attributed more to the cleanse haha

dyk people tried to push the holiday treats on me

dyk and I would politely decline, usually saying I can't eat that.

dyk and I literally meant CANNOT

dyk but they would push oh just one won't hurt you come on don't be modest/shy/healthy whatever

dyk until at least 10 times this holiday season i had to say I CANNOT EAT WHEAT OR I WILL BE VIOLENTLY ILL

dyk and then ooooh they are so sorry

dyk yeah shut up the first time eh?

dyk awesome news for your MIL

dyk my mother in law doesn't move mountains -- she cries rivers. and annoys people.

dyk $10 right now says that she is in a depressive phase --- I can already feel it with her conversations and fake "worry" (though some is prob real)

dyk this year I have an 8 yr old, a 6yo, and a 2yo

dyk we're almost completely out of 'baby' -- she still drinks her bottle at night, and wears diapers... but other than that.... and her carseat, we have no "baby" stuff in the house

dyk if you want Lo to recognize the letters on the blocks and not just that the letter blocks are "F" then you need to show her letters on other things, on a chalkboard, written in bubbles or shaving cream, fruit lined up to the shape so she can see you are talking about the shape/lines/image ON the letter block, not the letter blocks themselves

dyk but we have almost 3 months before she comes so that'll change I'm sure. lol

dyk and we're going to stay busy and she's not going to be left alone with ANYONE at all. I will be 100% present every second.

dyk we are not doing the park today during OT -- it's a little too windy --- the temp is 49 with no sunshine and 25mph winds whew!

dyk instead, I am going to walmart with Dek and Ellie and we are getting the few things I couldn't find at Target (ran out of time)
