Dyk impressive bootcamp effort E , Dyk have you seen the kettle work DVD s ? Dyk I am wondering if they are a good alternative to a class as we don't have one anywhere nearby and am startin to enjoy the small amount we do in bootcamp
dyk, 2 that came with an 8 pound bell and the Jillian Michaels Shred It - I haven't used them in a long time (about a year)
dyk, I think they are good for beginners and can be good for non-beginners if there are multiple bells - which is one of the reasons I'm expanding my collection
dyk, people say that you can use a 8-10 pound bell for most KB exercises, which I think is true and for some exercises you can sub a barbell
dyk, however, if you have the ability to get a couple different weighed bells, I highly recommend it
dyk, Walmart.com sells/sold a 3-pack CAP kettlebells for around $50 - which is a VERY good price, good brand, good weight ranges (10, 15, & 20), and I randomly pick them up and knock out a few reps
