dyk, pushing water seems to help...and is SO much easier to do at work than at home
dyk, between water, counting calories, and actually workingout this week I'm down almost 7 pounds
dyk, I'm eating a modified phase 2 (limit, but don't count, grains or fruit) and eat almost all vegan (eat Greek yogurt for breakfast and don't worry about milk in products)
dyk, without the yogurt I get munchy and only want carby junkfood/snacks...

dyk, scheduling my appointment for Friday evening is almost a waste, which is the only reason I went out with my VP friend last night
dyk, my stylist is amazing and I love my hair after she straightens it...I don't have the patience (or arm length) to do it myself
dyk, my next appointment is on a Saturday afternoon...during a taper week! That means I will have most of Saturday and all day Sunday with awesome hair!

dyk, I don't know what the deal is...but people keep telling me how great I look
dyk, in the last 24 hours I've been called tiny, skinny, small, have been told that I've lost a ton of weight, am so much smaller, that my inner thighs are no longer flabby, and that I have muscle definition
dyk, even I've noticed a difference lately...and that's saying something!
