Dyk Elizabeth excuse my ignorance , but I was wondering how you keep protein intake up Dyk using my gym planner it's one thing I noticed for myself how incredibly low I was and I do eat meat just not in large quantities . Dyk is it via nuts and leafy greens ?
dyk when I left at 2pm there wasn't any other entries into the student division so I told my mom, who was working the intake room with her art league people, that if no one else entered, to bump me up to the "non-professional" category.
dyk her art teacher and our long time family friend is one of the judges
dyk and she was staying at my mom's this week two nights for the art seminar they were all taking (M-F 9-4 each day -- whew!) and she had to leave the room when my mom put my mats and photographs together with her professional tape and supplies lol so she didn't see them ahead of time
dyk but uh, she'll prob recognize the subjects --- in the photograhs at least
dyk, that comment was courtesy of my boxing instructor
dyk, apparently he & another person in the class were noticing it a couple weeks ago
dyk, he also made the comment about muscle definition...and will comment on my butt on occasion (last time he called someone out for staring at it during class)
dyk, he says stuff like this to everyone...just the way he is - and yes, he will talk about you if you've gained weight, but never infront of you...you'll just get more time/intensity during class.
dyk, he is also fiercely protective of us - no one gets away with messing with us if he's around. One day we were going to lunch and a guy was bothering/following Heather and he walked up to him (as if he didn't know her) and told him that he needed to back off or he'd have to deal with him. He backed off.

dyk, Greek yogurt has a ton of protein (I think the single serving Chobini cups have 16 or 18 grams), which is the main reason I'm not completly vegan and is one of my main sources of protein
dyk, I also have about a tablespoon of peanut butter on a banana or about 2 tablespoons of pb in yogurt
dyk, I also do eat beans, leafy greens, etc daily
dyk, quinoa is also high in protein; my co-worker's pregnant wife has started eating this daily on my recommendation since she can't stomach the idea of meat, dairy, or most vegetables right now
dyk, you CAN be 100% vegan and get enough protein, but I struggle with it
