Dyk I was just venting to Greg about the body transformation challenge and how I feel really pressured and anxious that they expect to see big results Dyk and I got a told you so response , with no support or encouragement , which I think I was actually after Dyk was I setting him up to fail ? Dyk he has said he has noticed great results this past year Dyk I haven't , I feel stuck in the same place as I was a year ago Dyk I thought this was the shake up I needed but the anxiety of weigh in and seeing other people lose huge numbers and I don't when We are doing the same things is hard Dyk I won't quit cause if I start it I will finish it . Dyk I really enjoyed it though it hurt like hell

Dyk after 3 sets of swings on the smaller one , no way could I manage it
