dyk flipping 6 cars a year is a decent pace and really all that we need to take on

dyk and the law is no more than 6 cars in and out of your name (registered) within one year without a used car salesman license -- and that's easy enough to get around but we are striving to be legit. lol

dyk it's not reasonable to think we can effectively flip more than 1 car per 60 days -- including selling it.

dyk I told Sean what I told y'all and he can't really wrap his head around it and I know he can't wrap his head around it because he didn't say much when I told him --- but then he came in before he went to the store and said, "am I hearing you right....."

dyk but then he said he wasn't sure why he should go in to work tomorrow to "work"

dyk especially given that he thinks they are going to try and require (or propose) him to purchase this CAR (yes, you read that correctly) that they didn't replace a belt on -- that came in after 2900 miles driven with a broken belt and said broken belt destroyed the engine -- that car has been sitting up there for about 6 months now.

dyk and Sean thinks they are going to "propose" that he be responsible for it and buy it (fixed with a new engine) since he just sold the white truck -- which they only know about b/c he had to interestingly take his tools into work on his scooter! lol

dyk I told him you say NOTHING to them except NO. No I am not buying that car. No I am not responsible for that car. No I do NOT agree to a wage deduction. And NO you cannot know anything about my personal or private life outside the 8 hours I am here.

dyk and he is NOT to sign ANYTHING. NOTHING.

dyk I told him he needs to go into work 1) because his tools are there, lol and 2) because the details of a MAJOR shift to self employment are not even read up on much less worked out

dyk we need to look into some things like: Can we still qualify for the kids insurance with "self emplyment income" and what do his prescriptions cost per month without insurance? Are there cash paying patient plans?

dyk if not, we need to get a full month's worth of everything refilled for HIM before we shift over. LOL

dyk buy ourselves a little time to work it out.

dyk and I told him - -what if he got a part time job at Auto Zone (he loves auto zone) and we got a steep discount on parts? For the flips -- haha

dyk he was actually down with that. He's there right now getting a timing belt for the car he's working on -- the customer didn't have cash to replace it -- took out a loan for the repairs Sean's doing now -- and I asked Sean how much it was and he said about $15 -- and I said just go get him one please

dyk the belyt on there now waqs squeeeeeeeeling and I could smell it getting hot.

dyk and apparently, not putting a belt on this Jetta is what got his employer stuck with that Jetta they think Sean is going to buy and drive --

dyk idiots.
